We can’t wait to get the conversation started! Once you inquire with us through our contact form we’ll reach out to you about our availability and to learn a little more about you and the exciting plans for your wedding day! You can even let us know if you’d like to have a consultation call (or Zoom, FaceTime or in person meet up if you’re local!) to ask any questions upfront or to just meet us and see if we would be a great fit! We’ll then send over our investment page that shares more about our services and packages for you to review and select. Throughout any part of this process, we’re always happy to answer any and all questions you might have, as we know this is a big decision and investment, so we want to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident in your decision! We know that wedding planning can sometimes be stressful and we want to make sure this part isn’t! This is also why we only take a limited number of weddings a year, in order to provide extra attention to detail and to better serve all our couples! (So we definitely recommend inquiring sooner than later!)

After you’ve selected us as your wedding filmmakers (yay!), we’ll send over our contract and once it’s signed, we’ll collect a 50% retainer to secure your date. Your wedding is then officially on our calendar and we’ll begin anxiously counting down the days! We’ll stay connected throughout the planning process, would love to give you a follow on social media (and give you all the likes and hearts!) and will be available anytime you have questions! Around one month prior to the wedding, we’ll send over our pre-wedding questionnaire that helps us better understand a bit more about the timeline and flow of the day as well as gather some additional video specific details that are so helpful for us as we plan and prepare. Lastly, we’ll schedule a final call to talk through our approach to your day, answer any more questions you might have and to tell you how excited we are!

It’s time to get married!! This is obviously one of our favorite parts of the process as we finally get the opportunity to document the amazing day you’ve been dreaming of and planning! On the day of the wedding, we’ll excitedly greet you once we arrive, and begin capturing things as they happen. You’ll see us throughout the day, but we are mindful to also give you and your loved ones your space to relax and take-in all that is happening.  Our approach throughout the day is to maintain a balance of not missing special moments while also being non-intrusive.  We’ll make sure to get the shots we need while also capturing the often overlooked and candid moments that you probably didn’t even know were happening! We’ll rarely pose you as we want to capture real, authentic moments as they happen and we’ll also work closely and communicate well with your photographer to ensure that we all provide you with the best vendor team experience possible! 

4. Film Design

The final and best part! After your wedding, we’ll back up all the footage in multiple locations so that it is safe and secure, and then begin the film design process! We first start by thoroughly reviewing all of the footage and audio, selecting the best clips from the day, and carefully choosing the perfect licensed music to accompany your film. Because we took the time to get to know you and your spouse prior to the wedding, your personalities, your likes and dislikes - this combined with the feel and essence of your wedding day is what truly helps us in the music selection process. We then begin to meticulously craft together your story by building the film around the best audio parts from the day which when woven together with the right music and best clips - your film starts coming together like a true piece of art! We don’t rush this part, because we want to make sure you adore your film, that it is something you’ll want to rewatch over and over and becomes timeless and cherished for generations to come.
